When the CEO asks, “Am I on yet?” Someone needs to know the answer… That’s us.
WaveFX helps you run your Microsoft Teams Town Hall Event from the first rehearsal to the final question. We’ll get your speakers comfortable, cue the slides and videos, bring remote guests on screen and keep an eye on what your colleagues are actually seeing and hearing. Your team can focus on what they came to say.
Before you go live
We’ll sit down with your team and work out how the event should flow. Who opens? Who takes the questions? Who’s joining from another office? Then we’ll run through it with your speakers, check their sound and slides, and make sure everyone knows who’s giving them the cue.
While you’re live
We’ll run the cameras, sound, slides and video playback, bring speakers in at the right moment and help manage the live Q&A. If a session runs long or a new deck lands at the last minute, we’ll adjust the running order and let the right people know.
For a hybrid Town Hall, the same crew can look after the room and the Teams broadcast. That means thinking about the colleague watching on a laptop as much as the people sitting in front of the stage. They should be able to hear the questions, read the slides and follow the conversation just as easily.
How much help do you need?
We can work alongside your AV and IT teams or take care of the whole production. We’ve spent over 20 years producing live events and webcasts from Cambridge, and we’ll tell you what’s practical for your space, audience and budget.
Planning an all-hands, a CEO update or your first Microsoft Teams Town Hall Event? Tell us who’s speaking, where everyone’s joining from and when you’re going live. We’ll help you work out the rest.
