Handcrafted Cars. Handcrafted Storytelling.
Some brands don’t need introducing. Morgan has been building handcrafted sports cars for more than a century, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering to create vehicles unlike anything else on the road.
When Morgan asked us to produce a company film, our goal wasn’t simply to showcase beautiful cars. We wanted to tell the story behind them, capturing the people, passion and craftsmanship that make every Morgan unique.
The Challenge
It’s easy to film a beautiful car. It’s much harder to capture the character of the company that builds it.
The film needed to balance heritage with innovation, celebrating Morgan’s rich history while showing that the business continues to evolve. Most importantly, it had to feel authentic. Nothing staged, nothing over-produced, just real people doing what they do best.
The Solution
Rather than focusing solely on the finished cars, we followed the journey from workshop to showroom. By filming the skilled craftspeople, traditional techniques and attention to detail behind every vehicle, we created a film that revealed the personality of the brand.
Carefully planned cinematography, natural interviews and cinematic workshop footage combined to create a story that felt every bit as handcrafted as the cars themselves.
The Results
The finished film gave Morgan a versatile marketing asset that could be shared online, at exhibitions and with customers around the world. More importantly, it celebrated the craftsmanship behind every vehicle, helping audiences understand that buying a Morgan is about far more than owning a car.
What the Client Said
“WaveFX immediately understood what makes Morgan different. They captured not only our cars but the people, craftsmanship and passion behind them. The finished film reflects our brand perfectly and has become a valuable part of how we tell our story.” Marketing Team, Morgan Motor Company
From the Crew
You quickly realise that Morgan isn’t a factory, it’s a workshop full of incredibly talented people. Everywhere you look there’s another craftsman shaping wood, forming aluminium or putting the finishing touches to a car. It was a privilege to spend time capturing that level of skill, and it reminded us that the best stories are nearly always about people.
Our Manufacturing Company Video Advice
If you’re creating a company film, don’t just show the finished product. Show how it’s made, introduce the people behind it and let your audience see the care, skill and passion that goes into every detail. That’s what builds trust, and it’s often the part people remember most.
