The production setup

We work with platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex, as well as secure branded webcast pages.

Remote presenters join through their preferred meeting platform and are brought into our production system. We can display one speaker, a full panel, presentation slides or a combination of content.

Our vision mixer can be operated from a client’s venue, the WaveFX studio or remotely. It combines presenter feeds with branded backgrounds, name captions, PowerPoint, pre-recorded films and holding graphics.

The finished programme can be streamed to a private audience, embedded on a company website or shared through social-media channels.

Our virtual meeting productions can support events for 50 colleagues or broadcasts reaching more than 10,000 viewers across the UK and overseas.

Keeping the audience involved

Our customisable event microsites can include live questions, moderated chat, polls, downloadable documents and useful links.

These tools give viewers more reasons to stay involved and provide organisers with measurable feedback from the event.

Sessions can also be recorded for viewers who cannot attend live, extending the useful life of the production.

Production challenges and how we addressed them

Remote presenters may be joining with different cameras, microphones and internet connections. We test each speaker in advance and provide practical guidance on positioning, lighting and sound.

The production team manages every feed during the event, allowing presenters to concentrate on their content.

If a remote connection is interrupted, the host can continue with slides, a recorded film or another speaker. Backup recordings and holding graphics are kept ready throughout the programme.

A detailed running order covers every presenter, video, poll and audience question, keeping the event moving without rushed transitions or long pauses.
