Creating believable characters is about much more than building a great-looking 3D model.

The real challenge was giving each penguin its own personality through movement, timing and expression. Every glance, stumble and reaction had to feel natural, helping the audience connect with the characters in just a few seconds.

The Solution

Starting with detailed character models, we developed a series of animations that focused on personality as much as technical quality.
